At Regenerative Health Partners, we are committed to providing high-quality mental health services to our clients. Our rates are designed to be competitive and reflective of the comprehensive care you receive from our experienced counselors.
Individual Therapy Sessions:
Initial Consultation:
- With Lead Counselor: $275 (60 minutes)
- With Associate Counselors: $225 (60 minutes)
Follow-up Sessions:
- With Lead Counselor: $225 (50 minutes)
- With Associate Counselors: $175 (50 minutes)
Couples Therapy Sessions:
- Initial Consultation (75 minutes): $250
- Follow-up Sessions (60 minutes): $185
Family Therapy Sessions:
- Initial Consultation (75 minutes): $250
- Follow-up Sessions (60 minutes): $185
Insurance
We understand that navigating insurance for mental health services can be challenging. To make the process easier, our practice is proud to accept the following insurance plans:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Blue Care Network
- Priority Health
If you have one of these insurance providers, we can directly bill your insurance company for the services rendered. Please note that coverage may vary depending on your specific plan and benefits. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to verify your mental health coverage, copays, deductibles, and any authorization requirements before your first appointment.
Out-of-Network Benefits
If your insurance provider is not listed, you may still be eligible for out-of-network benefits. Many insurance plans offer partial reimbursement for services provided by out-of-network providers. We can provide you with a detailed invoice (superbill) to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance carrier to understand your out-of-network benefits.
Payment Options
For those paying out-of-pocket, we accept various forms of payment for your convenience, including:
- Credit/Debit Cards
- Health Savings Accounts (HSA)
- Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
- Cash or Checks
Cancellation Policy
We value your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
